Each member receives a personal referral code.
When someone shops using your code, it counts as a successful referral once the order is completed.
How do I move up the tier ?
When 3 different people place an order using your referral code, you’ll be automatically upgraded to Inner Circle from the starter. Similarly When 7 different people place an order using your referral code, you’ll be automatically upgraded to Signature, our highest tier.
Do I need to apply for tier upgrades?
No — all upgrades happen automatically based on successful referrals.
Do referrals need to be first-time customers?
Yes, referral upgrades are counted when new customers place an order using your code.
What counts as a successful referral?
A referral is counted when:
- An order is placed using your referral code
- The order is completed and not cancelled or refunded
What if an order is cancelled or refunded?
If a referred order is cancelled or fully refunded, it will not count toward your referral total.
Can one person place multiple orders to count as more referrals?
No — referrals must be from different individuals. Multiple orders from the same person count as one referral.
